ok... Here is a list of the times of everybody.

Basically the only time everyone is free is 10pm-Midnight on Fridays. We are going to have to have 2 showings I think... >_>

Well i'm not doing anything right now, so i think i'll be able to do it every non weekend day until 10-11 pm EST, in weekend i don't really care about the hour.

So...
Friday at 10-12pm.
Sounds good to me.
Though since it's a night before the weekend my friends often come over my house to hang out.
So I might miss some nights, I can easily catch up on my own though.

We can also do Mondays 8-9 and reshow at 10-11 and that will cover everyone, Skeezer could "play host" to the first showing if he wanted. Then I could "host" the second showing. That would be all 11 of us (+ Don) as well.

We could stretch the next episode over two showings again, Wednesday 10-11 then reshow Thursday 8-9... But that might be a bit much. I just want to get through about 6 episodes a week.

At 5 per week we are watching for 5 weeks, and that might be stretching it a bit long... but at 6 per, that is only 4 weeks and should be doable.

BUT if we can do 2 on Mondays, 2 on Wednesdays/Thursdays, and 4 on Fridays, then we can get done in ~3 weeks, which is quicker and more full, but might be pushing burnout...

Your thoughts?

Holy crap luin haha, that's burnout indeed.
I was expecting 4, but 6 does seem like a nice sweet spot considering it's summer break.

Well that doesn't really change much, after all you would be available by 7pm PST right? that is 10 EST, so the schedule could still stand.

I will do as you say, so It will work as long as people show. I'm liking the faster idea though, 6 eps a week seems reasonable.

Then next time I can leave the whole project to you? Asking for, collecting, inputting, sorting, grouping, and publishing this list and data?

Or maybe you can understand that the names are of people who can attend, so you look for the box with the biggest number of people, which happens to be Friday 10-12.
