NS The anime based CCG

Ok people we have come to the conclusion that the only way to get people to play Magic: the Gathering is to make it more anime and simplify the rules... so if you want to join I can type up some of the basic rules and tell me what cards you would like... I don´t know very much anime so you all need to tell me what you want...

Example:

I want a Cap Taylor card... (short explanation of who he is)... he isn´t very strong or smart but his actions always lead to funny random chaos...

Then I or Unsight could make a prototype card and we could discuss if its ok or need changes...

I'm good at making Magic cards (check my profile in VGC to see the ones I made), so I can help if it's needed. Though don't simplify the rules of Magic, that's sacrilegy! Anyway, I love to play Magic, dunno how you play it, but count me in.

About the anime card, dunno now, give me some time to think it

@ zex: We need to keep the rules simple so noobs can play... also its impossible to make new cards that are balanced including all the new rules and abilities... if we want to add more complex stuff we can always do so once the other guys know the basics...

Oh and people... please don´t only think of overpowered super cards... we can´t play with only Gokus, Vegetas and other characters that destroy worlds... anyway those cards would only be one per deck anyway... so also think of some grunt cards or normal spells like Disenchant or Counter... if we even want counters...

Oh yeah... I also think it would be easiest to keep the normal system in tact... like Black has no (or very few and not so great) enchantment or artifact destruction cards but is great at creature destruction and can resurrect... red has artifact destruction but no enchantment destroyers... but is the only one to do direct damage spells... that stuff... thats why I would like to keep the existing colors... a new color would make that all very complicated...

It would probably be best to just try creating a card with name, type, P/T, and ability. Worry about the cost/color later. I or Dude would probably be able to help with that.

The one I use:

Well, this is my first try with this program, and I wasn't feeling particularily inspired, but at least I got a hang of the program, I'll be glad to make more (Suikoden themed, obviously)
