The golem responds to voice commands. but he was left with mental scars from a previous master who called him a name with 'fatmama' in it. He will refuse to answer and even might rebel against someone who calls him that.

Well giant toothbrushes are rare, but i suppose you will need one to clean scifi's big mouth.

Angel and scifi are walking down the road toward the mountain village. You see 3 people in hoods carrying what seems to be wooden packs on their back. They are still a ways off, and might not have seen you yet. What do you want to do?

C0j0, you are not with them, as Angel and Scifi dumped you and left for town. If you want to follow them, you must say so now. if you want to go a different route, please state where.

The 3 men are actually monks. They are cheery and greet you heartily. They shake you hand and ask if you need assistance or advice.

They don't seem shady, if that is your first thought, it is swept aside by their good natured overtures.

Will you ask them any questions, or continue on your way?

I'll ask them if they have any wisdom to share and maybe some better weapons training.

They share the widsom of their faith, Don't eat soggy waffles. The weapons they use are forks and kitchen knives. They throw them and are deadly accurate. They typically hunt other humanoids.... They are beginning to look a bit hungry.

What do you want to do?

They look at you slightly puzzled by your seeming new found fear. They assure you that they mean you no harm. However they do seem put off that you would suggest that a fair trade would even include their book of knowledge. They waddle a few steps closer to you, and they are doing it just to spite you, or so you believe. They have a certain glint in their eyes that only a madman and a genius can attain.


@c0j0, you are trailing behind angel and scifi by about half a mile. you smell something stinky. You stepped in poo. Wipe it off, continue, or do something completely different?

They simply cannot understand why a non-potbellied dwarfling monk would want to read a book on the art of forkery. They are baffled by this, and look at you with wonder. They accept your offer, with a caveat. You can show them the place for this feast, after you visit their destination and village with them. They do not look like they will take no for an answer.
