I don't really replay console games very often. Let's see....

Warcraft 3
Starcraft
Fable
Homeworld 2
Age of Empires 2
Goldeneye
Jade Empire
Morrowind (If restarting the game to work with new mods every few days counts Razz

)
FFX
Persona 3

That's all that comes to mind right now.

Edit: Sim City 2000/3000 would be at the top of the list if starting new cities from scratch counts.

The Halo's have amazing replay value, I used to play Halo 3 so much, but now I need to wait till I go to the U.S to fix it, it gets an error E47 I think.
