Jalapenos an anti-inflammatory? Who knew? That would explain why my throat, after eating a subway sandwich with jalapenos, is not as sore or as painful now (even though at the time of eating them it did hurt a bit from the heat... )

Well... In Québec, we have these CÉGEPs we have to go before university. Takes two or three years depending on what program you take, then you go straight to uni!
