Happy Pi Day!

I day to celebrate the mathematical constant π (pi)! Hope you all get your fair share of Pie today. And don't forget Pi is the circumference of a circle divided by its diameter. The ratio is always the same. If you didn't already know.

That looks more like a custard or a meringue pie. Half the Cheesecake recipes are no-bake, and this was clearly baked.
