Breathing...

I was just wondering...if it is just me or not.

When I think about breathing, I don't breath at any pace. But when I don't think about it then I would believe that it's at a pace.

Why is it that if I think about my breathing pace, I stop breathing until i decide to start again..

I think this may be hard to explain but hopefully you get it.

yes, I do that every time when I am not doing anything. or when I am extremely bored. then you lose interests of thinking about breathing for a more better thing to do. I'm assuming you were really bored when you were thinking of this weren't you?
