I started using Firefox, again.
Yes, I am now an avid firefox user again, I have to give big thanks to Foxkeh. Because of Foxkeh, it gave me a fox to stare on the top right side of the browser using the Personas add-on. So yeah, Horray for Foxkeh. :-D

Well, if that's why you started using it you are weird.
Who wants to stare at a fox all day?

As long as Chrome doesn't allow addons, FF will be a thousand times better
Let's ask the yellow rat, though

Re: I started using Firefox, again.
Im still waiting for Lolix to be released. I think Opera is the better browser but Firefox has so much customization an add-on you cant NOT like it. >.<

Firefox is okay. Chrono is a piece of ram-hungry freezing garbage. Opera > all.

The only thing is in speed.
Firefox's addons quickly overshadow the speed that chrome has. Like when I load a page with chrome, in a zap, the whole page is loaded, sometimes a second longer for videos or whatever no script blocks. Firefox takes a little longer to load, but I have improve the speed using no script.

But it has no built-in add-on support, it's a pain to add it functionality. I remember because I tried to find a simple Adblocker add-on and everyone suggested a hell of different and complicated things. I know that it's possible, but I was so fed up that I never used it again.
With FF you just open the add-on page, install, restart and done

Never had any problems with pop-ups on it... nor did I need any add-ons.

I didn't mean pop-ups. I mean ads. I won't, by principle, use a browser without adblocking. I can't surf the web with ads, they distract me, I can't concentrate
Besides, it makes me laugh at all those threads in VGC about "this ad is bothering me". Yes, I'm a sadic

AutoPager (indispensable, in my opinion)
IETab (good if a page works only in IE)
Noscript
Status-Bar Scientific Calculator (beats having to open the Windows Calculator, hehe)
Unofficial Google Translate Firefox Extension (but it's not yet compatible with FF 3.5)
Some of them
Please, everyone post their addons so maybe I can get new ones

Re: I started using Firefox, again.
I only tried it on the wii, I don't think it counts as the same as using it, though. The Opera browser on the wii is quite quick as well, but I haven't really used it on the computer.Xen wrote:Pichu, ever used Opera? THAT'S quick.
