Why so many animal crossing hate?

OK, everyone keeps complaining that city folks is just the same rehash as the first two... I mean so is other sequels out there. Animal crossing does not NEED change and it's fine the way it is. It's specifically aimed at those who fell in love with wild world and AC for the gamecube. If they have change it then there will be chaos and animal crossing will go to the path of sonic when they have decided to make sonic a werewolf or shadow with guns when in fact the best sonic out there were the platformers that they have came up with during the Genesis saga. If they have returned sonic back to the ways he was than you will see one troll or one complainer say, IT'S THE SAME FRIKIN THING AS BEFORE WHY PLAY IT AGAIN? when in fact the best sonic was that. I would rather have Sonic the hedgehog 4 then sonic Party wii. Nintendo was smart not changing the series and keeping the way it is.
