I found myself using strategy guides all the time playing my first Zelda and Metroid games. I still use them to find all the items in Zelda. So, do you use them?

I occasionally use them for WRPGs. Just makes getting all those bonus things easier

Yes! I don't think wandering around for hours trying to figure out what to do. Plus some things in games are impossible to figure out unless you look em up.

Not strategy guides, but I sometimes resort to walkthrough (if I'm stuck for long or if I want some hidden stuff, usualy in RPGs).

No never, but I can understand with some of the older games like the first Zelda or Metroid which where retardidly hard for kids... or anyone else... but with games these days its kinda stupid unless your a real completionist... but even then where is the fun in reading what to do and then doing it ? If you want to read what happens in a story just read a book... the hole fun of videogames is doing things your way... unless its an JRPG... then you just choose attack a million times and watch the hours of cutscenes Razz

Not strategy guides (the type you buy), but I do resort to Gamefaqs sometimes.

I don't remember the last time I did though.
