Well if you are walking and someone in front of you dropped some money, lets say a lot of money, what would you do? And no, they don't know that they dropped it.

I'd judge the person in a second. If they look like dicks (or are obviously shady assholes) I'd keep it. If they're normal people I'd give it back.

I'd most likely tell them they dropped it, without actually picking it up myself.
if I know the person better i'd pick it up and give it to them.

Personally I would like option to take the money but drop the wallet in a mailbox... but only if they look like they have enough money and depending on how much it is... also depends on my current financial situation... I think in germany there even is a law that you are entitled to 10% or something like that...
